Save and load projects

Everything about a song — tracks, racks, clips, morphs and MIDI mappings — lives in a project. Tap MENU on the top bar to load, save and start projects.

  • The project browser has a search field and shows each project’s file size.
  • Since 2.49, a project saved without its samples is up to four times smaller.
  • MIDI mappings you make are saved with the project (MIDI learn).

Templates

Choosing New in the main menu offers templates to start from. The default gives you eight tracks, two sends and a Master (What a new project contains); MIDI Sequencer is set up for driving other synths and apps (Sequence other synths and apps).

Save a project as a template to start from it again. It’s the way to keep a favourite set of tracks and effects, and to reuse the MIDI mappings you made in a project.

Report a problem

First make sure a restart of your device doesn’t fix it. If the problem is still there, email BeepStreet at info@beepstreet.com.

What to include

  • What goes wrong, and the steps that make it happen. A short video helps if it’s complicated.
  • Your device, its iOS or iPadOS version, and the audio interface you use.
  • The project, if the problem only happens in one.

For questions about how to do something, the BeepStreet forum has a Drambo category with how-to and tips sections.
